Abstract Introduction Although information on COVID-19 infection during pregnancy is still limited, existing evidence does not support increased susceptibility to or risk of developing severe disease pregnancy, and the occurrence intrauterine transmission has been proven conclusively. However, our knowledge, there even less available co-infection with sexually transmitted infections in pregnant patients COVID-19. The prevalence any curable STI (gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomoniasis, syphilis) estimated be 3.3% (95% CI 2.9-3.7). Objectives STIprevalence may correlated women, since both are influenced by risk-taking behaviors (i.e. condom use, mask-wearing, handwashing, social distancing). On other hand, an upregulated immune response setting fact provide immunological protection against STI’s Group B Streptococcus (GBS), a non-sexually 17.9% 16.2-19.7) patients. Our goal was further explore this relationship. Methods We conducted chart review 34 COVID-19, specifically looking at incidence antenatal GBS. Results mean age participants 28.9 (SD 5.7) years, gestational 33.9 7.3) weeks, delivery 37.2 4.4) weeks. 26.5% (n=9) tested positive for STI, including gonorrhea (n=3), chlamydia HPV trichomoniasis (n=2). 23.5% (n=8) GBS infection. Conclusions among women compared expected woman suggest risks particular population that worth investigating further. Disclosure No.
